Case Keenum, the current starting quarterback for the Chicago Bears, holds a remarkable and unexpected undefeated record against Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio. As of the Week 3 matchup on Monday night, Keenum has never lost to Fangio when starting a game, achieving a 3-0 record across their previous encounters.

Their history dates back to 2017 when Keenum, then with the Minnesota Vikings, defeated Fangio's Bears defense twice. He later secured a third victory against Fangio's Denver Broncos defense as the Cleveland Browns' quarterback.
