Brissett Shines But Cardinals Fall Short

In a closely contested game that ended in a 20-17 defeat against the Buccaneers, Cardinals quarterback Brissett showcased an impressive statistical outing. He completed 29 of 40 passes for 301 yards, tallying two touchdowns and one interception, while also contributing 16 rushing yards on three carries.

The veteran quarterback's performance was notable, especially with the return of Marvin Harrison from an appendectomy. Brissett found Harrison, his primary receiver, on six occasions for a total of 69 yards. He demonstrated his ability to distribute the ball widely, connecting with seven different pass catchers throughout the game.
