The Chicago Bulls have made a significant splash in the offseason by signing 2026 NBA All-Star guard Norman Powell. Powell joins the Bulls on a two-year, $45 million deal after previously playing for conference rival Miami Heat.
This acquisition is part of a larger roster overhaul led by first-year executive Bryson Graham. Earlier moves included trading for center Nicolas Claxton from the Brooklyn Nets and selecting North Carolina forward Caleb Wilson with the No. 4 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft.
The Bulls' projected starting lineup now features Josh Giddey at point guard, Norman Powell at shooting guard, Matas Buzelis at small forward, Caleb Wilson at power forward, and Nicolas Claxton at center.
Further bolstering the team, Chicago drafted wing Dailyn Swain at No. 15 overall. They also agreed to a new contract with backup big man Zach Collins and have recent lottery picks Noa Essengue and Rob Dillingham as potential bench contributors.
