Bucs Eye Ex-Commander Biadasz for O-Line Upgrade
5 Mar
Summary
- Tyler Biadasz, a former Pro Bowler, was released by the Commanders.
- Graham Barton has faced struggles at center in his first two seasons.
- Biadasz could potentially upgrade the Bucs' interior offensive line.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are exploring a potential addition to their offensive line with the recent release of former Commanders center Tyler Biadasz. Biadasz, who was a Pro Bowler with the Dallas Cowboys in 2022, was let go from his three-year contract as Washington shifts direction. He posted solid grades, ranking 11th in 2025 and 12th in 2024.
This potential acquisition comes as the Bucs' current center, Graham Barton, has shown struggles in his initial two seasons. Barton received a 61.0 overall grade in 2025 and a 56.5 in 2024, ranking significantly lower than Biadasz. The Buccaneers might consider moving Barton to left guard, potentially competing with Ben Bredeson, who himself had injury issues in 2025 and received a 55.5 grade in 2024.
