This Detroit-based franchise is led by principals Michael Hamp, Peter Hamp, and Kevin Kelleher, with Walton and others also involved in ownership. The group also holds a TGL franchise for men's golf.
WTGL was launched by TMRW Sports, founded by Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and Mike McCarley. The franchises will compete in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, rather than their designated cities. Full rosters and the schedule for the debut season will be released in the coming months.
