Bristol City has confirmed that defender Ross McCrorie will remain with the club for at least the upcoming season. An option in his existing contract was exercised, extending his stay beyond the initial agreement signed in 2023. McCrorie has become a significant player, making 89 appearances for the Robins.
Further cementing the squad, goalkeeper Lewis Thomas has also had his contract option activated. This ensures he will remain at Ashton Gate until the summer of 2027. The club is currently deliberating on the futures of several other players whose contracts are expiring this summer.
