On Saturday, August 2nd, 2025, the NASCAR Cup Series arrived at Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa, for the Iowa Corn 350 race. In qualifying, Joe Gibbs Racing driver Chase Briscoe claimed his sixth pole position of the 2025 season, posting a time of 23.004 seconds at a speed of 136.933 mph.
Briscoe will lead the field to the green flag on Sunday, August 3rd, with Hendrick Motorsports' William Byron joining him on the front row.
