The Breeders' Cup World Championships will feature exclusive Topps NOW trading cards, commemorating the winners of four major races. This inaugural partnership between Breeders' Cup and Topps aims to celebrate iconic moments in Thoroughbred racing.
The program launches with the Oct. 30-31 World Championships at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Kentucky. Cards will honor winners of the Longines Breeders' Cup Classic, Longines Breeders' Cup Distaff, Longines Breeders' Cup Turf, and FanDuel Breeders' Cup Juvenile.
Collectors can purchase cards on Topps.com. The Breeders' Cup Juvenile card was available for 48 hours starting Saturday, Oct. 31. The Classic, Distaff, and Turf cards were available for 48 hours from today, Nov. 3, closing on Nov. 4.
Limited-edition chase cards, including jockey autographs and pieces of race-worn silks, will be available for the Juvenile and Classic offerings. This collaboration aims to broaden the appeal of Breeders' Cup Champions to a wider audience.
Breeders' Cup will donate 100 percent of its royalties from the Topps NOW program to Breeders' Cup Charities. These funds will support Thoroughbred aftercare, jockey wellness, equine research, and backstretch communities, extending the impact beyond the races.
