Summary
- Drew Terrell joins Bills as passing game coordinator/WRs coach.
- Terrell previously coached Cardinals and Commanders WRs.
- He helped Terry McLaurin achieve multiple 1,000-yard seasons.

The Buffalo Bills have bolstered their offensive coaching staff by hiring Drew Terrell as the offensive passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach. Terrell, 34, joins the team under first-year head coach Joe Brady and offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael.
Prior to his move to Buffalo, Terrell spent the 2023 season with the Arizona Cardinals in the same capacity. His coaching career also includes a stint with the Washington Commanders from 2020 to 2022. While with Washington, he was instrumental in guiding wide receiver Terry McLaurin to three consecutive 1,000-yard receiving seasons.
Terrell's hiring comes as the Bills seek to enhance their passing attack, which struggled in the previous season. A significant task for Terrell will be developing former second-round pick Keon Coleman. Terrell's expertise is expected to be crucial in improving the team's offensive production.
