Bills WR Coleman Benched Again for Tardiness
21 Nov
Summary
- Keon Coleman benched for second straight game due to lateness.
- Mecole Hardman placed on injured reserve after signing recently.
- Texans' QB C.J. Stroud to miss third consecutive game with concussion.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman has been benched for the second game in a row for showing up late to a team meeting. This disciplinary action follows a prior instance where he was late and missed the first series of a previous game. Coleman has recorded 32 receptions for 330 yards and three touchdowns this season.
The Bills have also been impacted by injuries, placing receiver Mecole Hardman on injured reserve after a calf injury sustained in his Buffalo debut. Hardman, a three-time Super Bowl winner, had just signed with the team to bolster receiver depth. In response, Buffalo elevated Gabe Davis and Keleki Latu from their practice squad.
On the Houston Texans' side, quarterback C.J. Stroud and safety Jalen Pitre are set to miss their third consecutive game. Both players are recovering from concussions sustained earlier in the month. Kicker Ka'imi Fairbairn, however, is active after being sidelined with a quadriceps injury.
