Besiktas' 6-0 Streak Continues Under Italiano

Under the guidance of new head coach Vincenzo Italiano, Besiktas has enjoyed a stellar start to their 2026-27 season. The team has achieved six consecutive victories across all competitions, including their opening match of the Super Lig season against Eyupspor. Despite a dominant performance and numerous shots, Besiktas secured a slim 1-0 win thanks to Vaclav Cerny's early goal.

This winning momentum extends to their European qualifiers, boosting confidence as they prepare to face Alanyaspor. The visitors will be looking to extend their impressive winning streak to seven games. In contrast, Alanyaspor commenced their league campaign with a 1-1 draw against Gaziantep. Ruan's early goal was later canceled out, and they were largely on the defensive throughout the match.
