Burrow's Bengals Face Ewers' Dolphins
21 Dec, 2025
Summary
- Bengals QB Joe Burrow starts fourth game post-injury.
- Dolphins to start QB Quinn Ewers in his NFL debut.
- Both teams eliminated from playoff contention.
The Cincinnati Bengals are set to face the Miami Dolphins in Week 16 at Hard Rock Stadium, with kickoff scheduled for 1 p.m.
Both teams enter this matchup having been eliminated from playoff contention following their Week 15 losses. The Dolphins will have quarterback Quinn Ewers under center for his first NFL start, replacing Tua Tagovailoa. Meanwhile, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow will make his fourth start after recovering from a turf toe injury.
The Bengals, who suffered a 24-0 shutout loss last week, are looking to secure a fifth win of the season. Key for Cincinnati will be preventing Ewers from dictating the game and establishing a potent offense, as well as capitalizing on all scoring opportunities, including field goals.
