Bears WR Burden: Awaiting Target in Rams Showdown

Chicago Bears rookie wide receiver Luther Burden has experienced a notably quiet beginning to the divisional round playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams. While Burden has shown significant improvement in the latter half of the season, his impact has yet to materialize in this crucial matchup. He has not received any targets from the quarterback thus far.

This quiet performance contrasts with Burden's recent emergence, which gained traction partly due to the absence of fellow receiver Rome Odunze. Odunze had been sidelined for several weeks due to a foot injury. However, as of Sunday's game, the Bears' receiving corps is reported to be fully healthy.

Despite being active and healthy, Burden's presence has not yet been reflected in the game statistics. The Bears' initial offensive drive gained yardage, but primarily through another receiver, DJ Moore. It remains to be seen if Burden will be integrated more into the offensive strategy as the game progresses.
