Barnsley Football Club has completed the signing of Middlesbrough winger Charlie Lennon. The 19-year-old player has agreed to a contract that will keep him at Barnsley for three-and-a-half years, with the option to extend his stay for a further 12 months.
Lennon made his senior debut for Middlesbrough in April 2024, coming on as a substitute in a Championship match. This season, he has been playing on loan for National League North side Darlington, where he has scored two goals in 19 games.
