Barca's Alvarez Hunt Nears End

Barcelona's hopes of securing Julian Alvarez from Atletico Madrid appear to be diminishing as the new La Liga season approaches. The team is scheduled to commence their campaign on Sunday against Elche, currently lacking a recognized striker in their roster.

Alvarez has been Barcelona's primary target throughout the summer, but Atletico Madrid has consistently stated their refusal to sell. Reports indicate that Barcelona intends to make a final offer in the next two to three days.

If this last attempt proves unsuccessful, Barcelona will shift their focus to alternative players. Ayoze Perez has recently emerged as another potential striker option amidst the ongoing speculation surrounding the club's offensive reinforcements.
