The Bajaj Pune Grand Tour 2026, India's premier UCI 2.2 classified men's road race, reaches its thrilling conclusion today, January 23rd. This landmark event has drawn 171 cyclists from 35 nations, showcasing fierce competition across challenging terrains.
Over the past four days, participants navigated steep climbs and rugged landscapes of the Deccan Plateau and Sahyadri Range. The tour began with a prologue on January 19th, followed by demanding stages around Mulshi-Maval, the Maratha Heritage Circuit, and the Western Ghats.
The final stage, the 95 km Pune Pride Loop, commenced today at 1:30 PM from Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex. The urban circuit will traverse key areas of Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, including notable landmarks before concluding at JM Road.
