Palladino: Focus on Europe, Future Uncertain

Raffaele Palladino is rallying Atalanta to maintain their focus on securing qualification for the Conference League, emphasizing its significance for the club. The coach acknowledged a challenging April, where a spate of injuries to players such as Ederson and De Ketelaere, combined with a dip in results, hindered Atalanta's aspirations for a superior league standing. Despite these setbacks, Palladino highlighted the players' continued dedication and the unwavering support of the fans.

Looking ahead, Palladino reiterated the importance of the Conference League as a European competition, noting it has been nine years since Atalanta last participated in Europe. He remains pragmatic about his own future with the club, deferring to recent comments by Luca Percassi. Palladino stated his immediate focus is on the present and that any decision regarding his contract will be made after a thorough evaluation of aligned visions for Atalanta's benefit. He also conveyed deep gratitude to the club's management and staff.
