Summary
- Dent logged 1,057 rushing yards and 22 touchdowns in 2025.
- Arkansas extended a scholarship offer to Jeremiah Dent this week.
- Ole Miss added three transfer running backs for the 2025 season.

Jeremiah Dent, a three-star running back from Marion, Arkansas, is a prominent offensive prospect in the 2027 recruiting cycle. Currently ranked as the No. 3 overall recruit in Arkansas, Dent has received numerous scholarship offers from SEC programs following his impressive 2025 junior season.
During the 2025 season, the 5-foot-10, 180-pound Dent amassed 1,057 rushing yards on 102 carries, scoring 22 touchdowns and accumulating 1,983 all-purpose yards. Among the programs offering him scholarships are Ole Miss, Arkansas, Auburn, Vanderbilt, and NC State.
The Arkansas Razorbacks extended a scholarship offer to Dent this past Wednesday, quickly becoming a team to watch in his recruitment. While Ole Miss remains a contender, they appear to be playing catch-up.
Separately, Ole Miss has significantly strengthened its running back position for the 2025 season. The Rebels secured commitments from three transfer running backs: Makhi Frazier (Michigan State), Joshua Dye (Southern Utah), and JT Lindsey (LSU). Lindsey, a highly-touted recruit from the 2025 cycle, brings significant potential despite facing off-field issues that led to a redshirt year.
Lindsey showcased exceptional talent in previous seasons, rushing for 1,729 yards and 26 touchdowns in 2023, and a remarkable 2,476 yards with 33 touchdowns in 2024, leading his team to an undefeated regular season. He will have four years of eligibility with Ole Miss.
