Summary
- Judah Gumbs, a 3-star offensive lineman from Florida, committed to Arkansas.
- Gumbs chose the Razorbacks over Syracuse, Tulane, and Mississippi State.
- He is the first Florida commit for Arkansas' 2027 recruiting class.

The Arkansas Razorbacks have bolstered their 2027 recruiting class with the addition of Judah Gumbs, a 3-star offensive lineman from Seffner, Florida. Standing at 6-foot-6 and weighing 290 pounds, Gumbs brings significant size and strength to the Razorbacks' offensive line.
Gumbs chose to commit to Arkansas over other notable programs including Syracuse, Tulane, and Mississippi State. His decision was heavily influenced by the strong relationships he built with the Razorbacks' coaching staff, especially Coach Myers, Coach Johnson, and Head Coach Ryan Silverfield, who he believes is establishing a strong program.
This commitment is particularly significant as Gumbs is the first player from Florida to join the 2027 class. The coaching staff aims to develop a pipeline in the state. Gumbs made an official visit to Fayetteville on June 5th, shortly after receiving an offer on May 22nd.
Ranked as the No. 1184 player nationally and No. 90 among offensive tackles by the 247Sports Composite, Gumbs also drew interest from 21 other college programs. His addition comes as Arkansas seeks to improve its offensive line performance, which struggled last season with 29 sacks allowed.
