Mission Viejo Lineman Joins Cal Football

Mission Viejo (Calif.) offensive lineman Amaziah Siale has committed to play college football for the Cal Bears. Siale's decision was significantly influenced by his official visit to Berkeley over the recent weekend. He had previously attended Cal's Spring Game in April, which sparked his serious consideration of the program. Siale expressed that the campus felt like home during his official visit, solidifying his choice.

Cal's offensive line coach, Famika Anae, served as Siale's lead recruiter and developed a strong connection with the prospect. Siale also highlighted the energetic coaching staff, including coach Tosh Lupoi, and expressed excitement about contributing to the team's turnaround. The massive tackle prospect stands at nearly 6-foot-6 and weighs 365 pounds, possessing considerable length and mobility for his size. Analysts suggest he could play either tackle or guard at the college level, with high potential due to his physical attributes.
