Newcastle Jets and Wellington Phoenix are set to ignite matchday 14 of the Australian A-League at McDonald Jones Stadium on Friday.

Meanwhile, Wellington Phoenix sit eighth and are seeking to climb into the playoff places. They secured a 2-0 win against Sydney FC last weekend and are unbeaten in four of their last five games.
