The initial schedule release today is an important step, but it will not be the final version. FIFA plans to finalize the complete match schedule in March. This finalization will occur after the conclusion of the FIFA and European playoff tournaments, which will determine the last six participating teams.
Meanwhile, the United States Men's National Team (USMNT) has confirmed some of its opponents for the group stage. They are set to face Australia and Paraguay, with their third opponent to be determined by the results of the upcoming playoffs involving Romania, Slovakia, Kosovo, and Turkey.
