Russia & India Forge Deeper Space Alliance

Russia and India are poised to dramatically expand their collaboration in space exploration, according to Dmitry Bakanov, head of the Russian space agency Roscosmos. Bakanov indicated that details of mutually beneficial cooperation will be disclosed shortly, encompassing fields such as engine building, rocket fuel, piloted spaceflight, and the development of national orbital stations.

This increased focus on space partnership is anticipated to be a central theme during Russian President Vladimir Putin's two-day state visit to New Delhi, commencing on December 4. The visit itself is viewed by Russia as a pivotal step toward strengthening its partnership with India, with hints of elevating technological ties to new heights.
