Summary
- ISB 2301 targets three tumor antigens, engaging T and NK cells.
- The drug uses proprietary BEAT platform for multispecific antibody development.
- Clinical studies are planned to commence in 2027 after IND filing.

Ichnos Glenmark Innovation (IGI) has revealed its new development candidate, ISB 2301, targeting various solid tumors. This innovative drug is a first-in-class multispecific immune cell activator designed to engage both T cells and NK cells.
ISB 2301 works by targeting three distinct tumor-associated antigens, thereby initiating tumor cell death. It also leverages IGI's proprietary BEAT platform technology for its development.
The candidate is engineered to elicit antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), checkpoint inhibition, and a lasting type-1 immune response. IGI intends to submit an Investigational New Drug (IND) application by the close of 2026.
Clinical studies are projected to commence in 2027, marking a significant step forward in cancer immunotherapy. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited officially announced this development via a regulatory filing.
