China Launches Space Environment Monitor

China successfully launched the Shijian-31 satellite into orbit on Tuesday, according to reports. The spacecraft's main objective is to monitor and study the space environment.

The launch took place at 05:45 pm local time from the Xichang Space Center in Sichuan Province. The Long March-3B launch vehicle was used to deliver the Shijian-31 satellite to its orbital destination.

This deployment signifies China's ongoing efforts in space exploration and its growing capabilities in monitoring celestial activities and the conditions within Earth's orbit.
