Yolanda Hadid's Lavender Farm Estate: A Lavish Transformation

Yolanda Hadid undertook an eight-year transformation of a 32-acre farm in New Hope, Pennsylvania, turning a rundown property into a luxurious family sanctuary. She purchased the estate in 2017 for $3.99 million and meticulously renovated its historic structures and grounds. Key features now include sprawling lavender fields, professional equestrian facilities, and restored guest residences.

The estate's centerpiece is a 1776 stone barn, repurposed into an 8,000-square-foot entertainment space and gym. A separate barn was rebuilt for equestrian use, catering to Hadid's daughters, Gigi and Bella. The property also includes a 1810 stone farmhouse, updated with a modern European aesthetic while preserving its historic character.

Additional accommodations like Lavender Cottage and Corn Crib Cottage were renovated for visiting family. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hadid and her children planted over 3,000 lavender plants, creating vast lavender fields. The grounds also feature a meditation labyrinth, swimming pool, and a restored spring house.

Hadid first listed the transformed property for $10.88 million in September 2025, aiming to pass it on. Although a deal fell through, she relisted it in April 2026 with additional lavender plantings. However, the listing was withdrawn in June 2026, and Hadid has decided to retain the estate for now.
