Yolanda Hadid, the renowned model and designer, is parting ways with her beloved Hadid Family Farm in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The 61-year-old is listing the sprawling 30-acre property, which she custom-designed as a "safe haven" for her family, for $10,888,000.
Hadid purchased the historic estate, which includes a main stone farmhouse built in 1810 and a stone bank barn from 1776, back in 2017. She transformed the interiors of the main house while preserving its charming character and added modern touches. The property also features three additional homes, a resort-style pool, a fire pit, and a wine and lavender oil cellar.
The sale comes just eight months after Hadid and her longtime fiancé, Joseph Jingoli, quietly called off their engagement in January. The couple had met on the farm shortly after Hadid moved there in 2017.
Hadid has previously shared fond memories of her children, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar, enjoying the serene property, with Bella and Gigi riding their horses bareback and training in the jumping arena. The farm, which boasts over 3,000 lavender plants and lush vegetable gardens, has been a true "slice of Heaven" for the Hadid family.
