In the coming years, Windstar Cruises is set to offer travelers a chance to experience luxury cruising with a series of new "Quick Getaway" sailings. According to the announcement made on 2025-08-06, the cruise line will launch a range of 3-5 night cruises aboard its Wind Surf and Star Pride vessels, starting in 2026.
One of the most unique offerings is a 4-night sailing from London to the northern coast of France, which will see the ship pass through the iconic Tower Bridge in the British capital. Priced from £1,617 per person, this cruise departs on 2026-05-15 and offers guests the opportunity to explore the charming French towns of St Malo and beyond.
Other options include a 3-night sailing from Barcelona to the south of France, with stops in Collioure and Carcassonne, as well as a 3-night "La Dolce Vita" itinerary that takes passengers to Corsica and Tuscany. Prices for these shorter cruises start from £1,122 and £974 per person, respectively.
Windstar is also preparing to homeport in London for the first time next year, with longer 13-night itineraries that will sail to Belgium and the Norwegian fjords. These more extensive voyages are priced from £4,639 per person.
