Summary

- She will now attempt to carry the pregnancy herself.
- Port cites fear of fear stopping her from trying for a child.

Whitney Port has decided to cancel the planned use of a surrogate for her second child with husband Tim Rosenman. The 41-year-old reality star shared on Instagram that after considerable time and emotional investment, they are pursuing a different path.
Port expressed fear about carrying the pregnancy but stated it is less daunting than letting fear prevent her from seeking a second child. This change follows a recent podcast episode where she discussed the difficulties in finding a new surrogate.
The couple, who already share an 8-year-old son, Sonny, have been open about Port's fertility struggles. Port indicated that if doctors deem it safe for her to carry, they will proceed with her attempting pregnancy.
Previously, Port shared positive news about her uterus appearing healthy on an ultrasound, stating, "Uterus looks good! Let's f***ing go!" The couple had previously experienced successful embryo transfers with surrogates, but the journey has been emotionally taxing.
