Vecino has secured a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission license, confirming its ability to serve alcoholic beverages. This new establishment emerges in a space that was a beloved lounge and LGBTQ+ safe space for over three decades. Candlelight PourHouse, founded in 1995, faced financial challenges, including a denied recovery grant and disruptions from nearby construction, leading to its hiatus and eventual closure.
