BMW Footwell Twins: Mom's Easiest Birth!
11 May
Summary
- Mom delivered twins in the footwell of her partner's BMW.
- Birth occurred seven days before scheduled C-section.
- Newborns were swaddled in blankets by a kind stranger.

Chloe Weston, 28, experienced a dramatic and swift delivery of twins in the footwell of her partner's BMW X3 on November 14, 2025. Seven days prior to her planned caesarean section, her waters broke unexpectedly. While en route to Queen's Hospital Burton with partner Adrian Bradbury, 33, they encountered severe traffic.
Adrian stopped the vehicle, and within 20 minutes of her contractions starting, Chloe delivered twin boys, Koah and Kyro, just one minute apart. The newborns, weighing 6lbs 4oz and 5lbs 2oz respectively, were swaddled in pink blankets by a helpful stranger while they awaited medical assistance.
The family was met by paramedics and transported to the hospital, where the twins remained for seven days. One of the twins, Kyro, required two days in the intensive care unit for low blood sugar. Now five months old, both boys are doing well.
Chloe, who is also mother to Jacob, 6, and Leo, 2, reflected on the birth, calling it her "easiest birth" despite the shocking circumstances. She found the experience less stressful than a hospital birth and even expressed willingness to repeat it.
