Toddler's Tender Tribute to "Mommy" Reminds Overworked Parent of Unconditional Love

On November 13, 2025, Allie Osugi, a 33-year-old Arizona-based mom, was moved to tears after watching a heartwarming video of her 3-and-a-half-year-old daughter Sloane and husband Travis Osugi, 35. The clip, shared on Instagram, shows the doting father sitting beside Sloane's bed, asking her to name her favorite person. After a countdown, the father and daughter say "Mommy" in unison, proceeding to speak positively about Allie.

Allie tells PEOPLE that seeing the video triggered a "wave of gratitude" as she navigates a busy season balancing running her own business, Honor Aesthetics & Wellness, and being a mom. "This season has been beautiful, but stretching," she explains, feeling pulled between her roles as a grounded, present parent and a strong, capable business leader.

However, the touching moment with her family served as a divine reminder that Sloane feels Allie's love, even when the mom feels stretched thin. Allie says the video came "full circle" after she and Sloane used to do affirmations together, reinforcing that her daughter knows she is loved.
