Her approach to wellness also includes a Mediterranean-style diet, primarily featuring fish and fresh vegetables, which she adopted after experiencing significant heart health scares. Notably, she experienced a 90 percent blockage in her main heart artery in 2018 and an 80 percent blockage in another artery in January 2022, leading to stent procedures.
