Super Bowl LX, set to be held at Levi's Stadium, is set to feature a distinctive culinary lineup celebrating the Bay Area's rich flavors. Levy, the hospitality group, has crafted a menu highlighting local seafood, such as Dungeness crab, and globally inspired twists, with dishes like Chinatown-inspired cocktails. Executive Chef Jon Severson challenged his team to create offerings inspired by San Francisco ingredients. This menu development spanned over two years, aiming to capture the region's essence. The stadium anticipates serving approximately 10,000 hot dogs, 1,500 pounds of crab, 4,000 oysters, and 8,000 margaritas. A significant majority, around 90%, of these ingredients are sourced from California. Notable premium items include the $180 LX Hammer Burger, a 3.5-pound shareable beef shank creation, and a $40 crab nacho dish featuring local Dungeness crab. Even a foot-long hot dog, the Chinatown Dog, is priced at $20. Beverages range from $19 to $22, including a Fortune Cookie Martini made with ingredients from a local San Francisco factory. Another unique drink is the Fog City Frozen Irish Coffee, nodding to the city's iconic fog.
