This issue arises amidst a growing concern over young children adopting extensive skincare regimens, dubbed 'Sephora kids.' Research indicates children as young as seven are using numerous products, increasing their risk of skin irritation, sun sensitivity, and lifelong allergies. These routines can be costly and involve many active ingredients, potentially causing contact dermatitis and other reactions.

Studies on popular skincare videos reveal complex routines with an average of 11 potentially irritating ingredients.
