Summary

- Event celebrates local food trucks, music, and produce, drawing families.
- Organizers coordinated trucks, music, security, and parking for six months.
Green Bluff hosted its inaugural Stuffed on the Bluff food festival this past weekend, successfully filling the Labor Day void left by the cancellation of Pig Out in the Park. The three-day event, organized by Beck Harvest House owners Kim and Todd Beck, celebrated local food trucks, music, and produce.
The Becks, connected with local restaurants and food trucks, coordinated the festival for six months. They aimed to create a community gathering space, which they achieved, seeing families enjoy food, music, and a relaxed atmosphere. Attendees expressed gratitude for the event, calling it a great replacement for the traditional Labor Day festival.
Local vendors reported a highly successful event, with many experiencing strong sales and high turnout. Some food trucks, like Mary Lou's Ice Cream and Sweet Summer Sno, ran out of popular items due to overwhelming demand. The festival offered a diverse range of food options and activities for all ages, concluding on Monday.
