Olympic gymnast Simone Biles recently sold her Houston-area residence, a place she described as where she "grew up" and became an adult. In an emotional TikTok video, Biles shared her tearful goodbyes to the home she had occupied for six years, acknowledging the many memories, both good and bad.
The house officially went on the market on September 26, 2026, and was under contract within five days. It was sold for a price between $1.08 million and $1.24 million, according to real estate records. Biles noted in her post that the home sold in an astonishing four days.
This sale is separate from the custom-built dream home Biles and her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens, recently completed. The design process for their new Texas mansion began in 2020 and took over five years from initial design to final construction, with groundbreaking in February 2022 and completion in November 2025. Biles and Owens, who married in April 2023, were deeply involved in making their new residence their dream home.
