Simon Cowell, 66, has been photographed undergoing an intense pampering treatment that included a face filled with acupuncture needles and red light therapy. His partner, Lauren Silverman, also participated in the session at celebrity acupuncturist Sarah Bradden's clinic.

The Bradden Method treatment, costing £545 for 90 minutes, combines acupuncture, reiki, facial massage, and light therapy, aiming for anti-aging and cellular repair. Cowell has openly discussed his methods for reversing aging, previously mentioning a blood filtering process.

He also attributes his youthful appearance to better eating, exercise, lower stress, and specific supplements. Cowell has a history of cosmetic procedures, admitting to Botox and a Silhouette Soft Lift, but denies plastic surgery.

Previously, Cowell considered cryogenic freezing but abandoned the idea upon learning about the process. He once overused Botox, leading to a startling appearance he later corrected, stating he now has no facial fillers.
