In the lead-up to Halloween, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, took their children, 6-year-old Archie and 4-year-old Lilibet, on a pumpkin-picking adventure. Meghan documented the family outing in a video she shared on Instagram on October 26th, 2025.
The video shows the family exploring a pumpkin patch, with Archie running through what appears to be a corn maze. Meghan and Harry are seen pulling a wagon of pumpkins, with Lilibet riding in the cart. The footage also captures Meghan placing her hand on Archie's shoulder and holding hands with Harry as they watch their son explore the rows of pumpkins.
The festivities didn't stop there. The video shows Harry carving a classic jack-o'-lantern design, and Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, also getting in on the pumpkin-carving action. Meghan even shared a time-lapse of Harry's pumpkin carving on her Instagram Stories.
In a separate interview, Meghan revealed a special dinner table tradition she and Harry have with their children. She said they ask Archie and Lilibet to share a "rose and thorn" of their day, with the rose representing the best part and the thorn representing the more challenging aspects. Meghan noted that her youngest, Lilibet, has been on a "rose" streak lately, with the 4-year-old declaring that her day was "just a blast."
