Zoe Regrets No Prenup; Divorce Easier Than Marriage

Stylist Rachel Zoe, 55, recently shared on the "Aspire" podcast that she regrets not having a prenuptial agreement with her estranged husband, Rodger Berman, 57. The couple, who married when they were young, announced their separation in 2024 after 20 years of marriage and are nearing a divorce settlement.

Zoe explained that when they first met, neither had significant assets, and she later, as her career flourished, did not consider a postnuptial agreement.
