Groom's Family Denies Rs 8.5 Crore Wedding Cash Shower

According to Sikander Singh, the groom's brother, the event on February 14 involved a cash shower, but the amount was closer to Rs 2 lakh. He mentioned his brother runs a truck business in Australia and that the family celebrated the marriage with a more modest display.

The event manager and DJ associated with the function corroborated that the total cash dispersed was approximately Rs 4 lakh, which included some dollar notes. They expressed surprise at the Rs 8.5 crore figure gaining traction online and attributed it to social media exaggeration.

The video continues to garner attention, eliciting mixed responses. While some viewers appreciated the celebratory atmosphere, others voiced criticism over perceived ostentatious spending.
