The Princess of Wales recently visited Family Action's Children's Trauma Therapy Service in Bradford, focusing on the healing power of creativity and community. During her visit, she met with young people engaged in therapy, learning about their experiences.

She shared that her son, Prince George, who is 12 years old, helps maintain her sense of playfulness. The Princess noted that two of her children play musical instruments, with one on the guitar and another on the drums.

Therapists at the center emphasized the importance of non-verbal therapeutic approaches, such as art and music, to help express feelings when words fail. These methods are crucial for restoring a sense of joy and playfulness often lost through trauma.
