Fashion veteran Pip Edwards has embarked on a new career phase, launching an investment company after 25 years in the retail industry. The 45-year-old entrepreneur is now directing her focus toward supporting businesses within the wellness, health, and travel sectors.
This significant pivot follows a major personal life shift, including her son moving overseas, prompting Edwards to leverage her extensive experience to invest in areas she is passionate about. She recently attended a promotional event for Biolae, an Australian brand specializing in supplements for perimenopause and menopause, where she is also an investor.
Edwards' involvement with Biolae is deeply personal, as she began experiencing perimenopause symptoms at age 39, navigating challenges like hot flushes and exhaustion. She shared that while appearing strong externally, she was struggling internally with exhaustion, anxiety, and emotional instability.
Her career reinvention also coincides with her departure from Ksubi in January. This followed a harrowing experience in December 2025 when she was caught in the Bondi Beach terror attack, an event that left her shaken. She described the incident as a 'crazy, wild, and unnecessarily brutal' act.
Reflecting on the shooting and her career changes, Edwards emphasized the importance of perspective and choosing happiness. She is also reportedly in a new relationship with Sydney businessman Nicholas Nogarotto.
