Nurse Quits After Boss Cancels Her Christmas Vacation for New Mom

On November 15, 2025, an ICU nurse made the difficult decision to quit her job after her boss canceled her pre-approved Christmas vacation. For the past 6 years, the nurse had worked every major holiday, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's.
