Mollie Pearce, known for her appearance on The Traitors, has openly discussed the emotional and practical aspects of travelling with a stoma bag. In a recent Instagram post, Pearce detailed her three-week trip to Thailand, expressing gratitude for her health improvements thanks to her stoma. She noted that travelling with a stoma bag, which she affectionately calls 'Sid', was a dream made possible, as such trips were unimaginable a few years ago due to her health.

Despite the freedom the stoma provided, Pearce admitted to experiencing moments of feeling 'low' and 'different' during her travels. She shared that not seeing anyone else with a stoma bag made her feel isolated, emphasizing the importance of representation. Pearce also acknowledged the internal conflict of being grateful for her body's capabilities while still finding aspects challenging, highlighting that it's okay to feel both gratitude and difficulty simultaneously.
