Martha Stewart: No Plastic Surgery, Just Bulldog Mishap

Martha Stewart, now 84, is clarifying rumors about her appearance, asserting she has never had plastic surgery. She credits her glowing skin to a dedicated skincare routine, including her brand's A3O™ Elemental Night Cream, launched in September 2025, and a healthy lifestyle encompassing diet and exercise.

Stewart did recall a significant incident about a decade ago when one of her French bulldogs caused a severe split lip. She underwent approximately 16 stitches to repair the injury, which she distinguishes from cosmetic surgery. This repair was the only time a plastic surgeon has worked on her face.

In February 2024, Stewart discussed other cosmetic treatments on her podcast, mentioning the use of Botox, fillers, and skin-tightening procedures. These included treatments for her neck, jawline, and cheeks, as well as ultrasound-based skin tightening devices.

Looking ahead, Stewart is preparing to release several new products for Elm Biosciences in 2026, signaling a continued focus on her beauty and skincare ventures.
