Mama Suli's Pizza & Spaghetti House is set to open in Pine Island, Minnesota, bringing authentic Italian flavors to Main Street. Located at 200 Main Street South, the cozy restaurant is currently undergoing build-out and anticipates opening in mid- to late July. Mangouras aims to revive cherished Old World Italian recipes from his father's pizzeria, enhanced with Greek influences and his signature "Johnny Mango twists."
Signature offerings will include a variety of traditional Italian pizzas baked in a classic oven and authentic Italian grinders served on baguettes. Mama Suli's will also feature a walk-up service window, catering to visitors of the nearby park, and a unique "Wave" table in the front window.
Mangouras brings extensive experience to this venture, having managed numerous establishments in the region since 2004, including Chip Shots, Cabernet Catering, and Pescara restaurant. He plans to employ between 10 and 20 staff members for the new Pine Island eatery.
