In a remarkable feat, a Malaysian Pokemon card collector has sold his prized collection for a whopping RM1.87 million (approximately Rs 3.8 crore). Imran's collection, which he had built over the years, was housed in a room in Shah Alam, west of Kuala Lumpur. Photos posted online show stacks of colorful Pokemon card boxes filling the space, a testament to Imran's dedication and love for the hobby.
The collector had earlier hinted that he was open to trading the collection for a Porsche 911 Carrera 4S and RM1 million in cash. However, he ultimately decided to sell the entire collection, marking a significant milestone in his journey as a passionate Pokemon enthusiast.
"From passion to legacy, this marks one of the biggest moments in my journey. Every card, every box, every sleepless night - all worth it. This isn't the end. It's just the beginning of something even greater," Imran said in his post.
