Actress Malaika Arora Rents Out Prime Mumbai Apartment

Actress Malaika Arora has recently engaged in a significant property transaction, leasing out one of her apartments in Mumbai. The property, situated in the Vida building in Bandra West, was leased in March 2026. This move marks another development in what has been a busy period for the actress, who also recently opened her own restaurant.

The lease agreement for the apartment was registered with a starting monthly rent of ₹3.10 lakh. The deal includes a substantial security deposit of ₹20 lakh and spans a total of 36 months. Over the lease term, the total rental value is projected to reach approximately ₹1.17 crore.

As part of the agreement, the monthly rent is set to increase by 5% in the second year to ₹3.25 lakh, with a further 5% increase anticipated in the third year. This financial arrangement adds another layer to Arora's recent business and real estate activities.

Meanwhile, Malaika Arora has also spoken out about persistent rumors regarding her dating life, particularly speculation involving Harsh Mehta. She conveyed her frustration with the constant chatter, describing it as "irritating" and something she and her son, Arhaan Khan, often find humorous.

Arora, who was previously married to Arbaaz Khan and later dated Arjun Kapoor, stated she is not actively seeking a relationship at this time. She expressed contentment with her current focus on building various aspects of her life, finding motivation in these new endeavors.
