The pond offers visitors a chance to experience traditional Southeast Asian meals and entertainment, making them feel as though they are not in America.
Vendors at the market serve a variety of foods, including BBQ, egg rolls, and smoked turkey legs. A highlight is the edible lotus flower, which is used as a wrap for dishes like Miang kham, featuring ingredients such as Thai chili pepper and roasted coconut.
Another popular dish is the Lotus fish wrap, a mix of tilapia and noodles with fresh vegetables like cucumber, long bean, and cherry tomato.
The venue also offers farm-to-table options, including ranch-raised chicken served with papaya salad, and a savory chicken soup enjoyed in the boathouse.
